The women head to upstate New York to face Colgate, while the men host the Raiders at Agganis Arena
Both Terrier squads take on Colgate, with the women (0-2-0) heading to Hamilton and the men (1-0-0) hosting them. It will be the 36th and 37th time both teams have faced the same opponent on the same day but just the 6th and 7th non-conference game.

BU enters the weekend after two hard fought games with the Minnesota Golden Gophers (0-5 L, 2-5 L). Sydney Healey recorded two points (1-1—2) in the second game of the series. After allowing 10:54 of power play time (and 16 shots) in game one, the Terriers stayed out of the box significantly more, only allowing 2:15 of PP time and 0 shots on goal.
Colgate also enters on a losing skid, dropping two at home to National Runners-Up Ohio State (3-5 L, 4-9 L). Senior forward, Alexis Petford, scored 2 goals and recorded an assist in the second game of the series. Casey Borgiel, sister of former Merrimack and Providence goalie Zachary, recorded two goals in game one. Sophomore goalie Farah Walker made 50 saves on 55 shots in game one.
As a goalie at Clarkson, Michelle Pasiechnyk faced Colgate 12 times, holding a 5-7-0 record vs. the Raiders.

The Terriers enter the weekend after a 4-2 win over the LIU Sharks, which include a pair of goals from Cole Eiserman, a goal from a pair of conference Rookies of the Year, Cole Hutson and Sacha Boisvert. 5 different Terriers recorded 2 points: the Coles, the North Dakota transfers Boisvert and Owen McLaughlin, and CHL product Ryder Ritchie.
Colgate comes in after just an exhibition with Union. Sophomore forward Max Nagel is the top returning scorer (6-18—24). Senior forward Daniel Panetta finished last season 3rd on the team in goals with 10. In goal, senior Andrew Takacs had a 2.77 GAA and .903 SV% last season, with two shutouts—vs. Clarkson on January 31st and vs. RPI on February 8th.
This will be just the 2nd and 3rd games vs. Colgate at Agganis Arena. The teams have only met 4 on Comm Ave since the Terriers left the ECAC. The series is tied 2-2 in such matchups.
